CONCERNS

This area is where I will cover concerns. Many of you may have questions and I have answers.

You are copybotting my work (or stolen my scripts, etc)!
A:I use things I have gathered as bases to make better/advanced products. I do give credit when credit is due, especially when a product has copyrighted material. Please read the notecard included with the object and if any problems please contact me. I will also share profits with you if you feel it necessary.
Your gatchas/claw machine has been giving me the same item over and over!
A: I understand this. The gatchas/claw machine is random and I cannot control what it gives. If it however does this or doesn't give a single thing at all, please notify me. I dislike hearing you wasted linden on it over and over to get the same product. I will listen and give you a refund if needed.
I never received your product. Help?!
A: Contact me ASAP or click the Redelivery terminal in my shop. Sometimes Caspervend goofs and mistakes happen. Especially when their server is down. I will make sure you get the product you needed.
I offered suggestions for your shop, but you took it in no consideration.
A: It all depends on the suggestion. If your suggestion was about new products, well I will say that I am slowly learning how to progress in my shop. With that give me time. Sometimes your suggestion is out of my league and I will need time or big help to make it happen. Any other suggestion please ask me for more details.
Your object has [insert permission here] and I want it to be [insert custom permission here]
A: Please contact me on Secondlife. I will happily give you the object with certain permissions if I trust you or see it fit. I, however, NEVER give things out full perms or with transfer permissions, but i will send a object modifyable if it isn't.
Did you update your product?/I never received the update.
A: Please contact me. I will look and see if you bought a older version and give you a update to it free of charge or keep you in contact if a update is needed or planned in the future.
I think you have huge talent. I want your shop in my sim.
A: Please contact me first. If you like my shop and all I may consider putting it there. Keep in mind that I may consider the traffic in your sim to be a HUGE factor in if I want it there. Do not be disappointed if I decline your offer.It may need time before I actually will accept it. Also how much linden I have on me may be another factor on if I will put my shop down or not.
What are the locations of your shop?
A: Main location is in Timesville. Please ask me for any other locations of my shop and ask for landmarks if needed. I'd be happy to bring you to my other shop locations no problem.
I see a product in front of your shop I'd like, but you aren't selling it!
A: I appreciate your interest, but i want to test the product out to the public before actually selling it. If you join my Secondlife group or contact me, I will put you down for updates on when the product will be sold. The group will also tell you as well on new product releases.
